Getting started

Load your catalogue

How to add what you sell with prices, photos and stock, so that quotes and orders come from it.

Updated · 1 min read

The catalogue is where the prices in your quotes come from. While it is empty, everything is typed by hand — which is where mistakes creep in.

What a product carries

  • Name and description.
  • Price.
  • Photos.
  • Stock, if you keep it.

How to load it

You can add products one by one from the catalogue section. If you have your chat history exported, Connver uses it to build a draft catalogue from what you quote most often; that draft is reviewed and corrected before it is published — nothing is taken as final on its own.

Prices that change

If a price changes, you change it in the catalogue and new quotes go out with the new one. Quotes you already sent are not rewritten: they stand as evidence of what was offered.
