Regina Guerra · Monterrey, N.L.
First time she writes. Her number, her channel and the time are on record. If she comes back in six months, this is still here.
For businesses that want to grow without stopping listening
Connver connects every conversation to the work that comes next: remembering, quoting, following up, coordinating and delivering.
Do you ship to Monterrey?
A signal. Not yet a customer, a quote or an order.
Act 01 · The noise
A customer asks. Someone replies. Then another message arrives, a call, a delivery. And what matters ends up living in one person's memory.
Do you ship to Monterrey? I need it by Saturday
Let me check and get back to you
He never got back. It has been three days.
Note on the counter
Mr. Ibarra — agreed on $4,200 with the discount. Do NOT charge shipping.
Whoever took payment on Saturday never saw it.

Sticky note on the monitor
did you ever reply to the guy in Saltillo?
He wrote it himself. To himself.
You are not short on commitment. You are short on a system that holds the context with you.
Act 02 · The thread
The same question from act 0, now inside. The thread no longer breaks: every time it touches a piece, it leaves context behind and keeps going.

Act 03 · The system
Connver is not a list of modules: it is a house. Every department has its own room and its own work, and all of them open onto the same courtyard — the conversation — because that is where the memory of the business lives. A room can be built later; the courtyard is already there.
CRM and conversations
01The front door. Every message comes in here and leaves with a record, a stage and a history.
Automation
02Turns context into reminders, tasks and statuses. It removes repetitive work; it does not decide outside your rules.
Catalogue
03What you sell, with its price and its size. Quotes come from here, so a price is never typed twice.
Tasks
04Every open item with an owner and a due date. What was said in the conversation becomes work, not an intention.
The courtyard
The same memory
The conversation. Every room opens onto it, which is why none of them has to ask what happened before.
Orders and shipping
05From deposit to shipping label. The order is born from what was agreed in the chat, not from what someone remembers of it.
Co-assistant
06Summarises, drafts and guides using your business context and your rules. You set the limits and you have the last word.
It never decides alone. Anything exceptional reaches a person.
Technical department
07Validates what can be sustained, builds it and maintains it. It is a function of the system, not one person who fixes everything.
This is where a design idea is judged maintainable or not.
Website
08Your site and your store on top of the catalogue you already have, with the way into the conversation in the same account.
The room is drawn. It does not have a roof yet.
Future areas
Specialised pieces that share the same courtyard. We do not name them or date them until the scope is approved: a room announced and never built is a promise the business pays for.
Your business
This room gets drawn with you. It is the only one on the plan we do not decide.
Eight rooms and a courtyard. Three are drawn without a roof: they appear dashed and cast no shadow, because a piece that does not exist yet cannot block the sun.
Act 04 · The listening
In act 01 you saw a broken thread: someone asked and nobody replied. That break was illustrative, and this is what happens to a thread like that. Five stages, from that kind of complaint to shipped code.
01·The complaint
"I sent the quote and never heard back. By the time I remembered, they had bought elsewhere."
It did not arrive as a feature request. It arrived as a repeated complaint, which is how it almost always arrives.
02·The requirement
If a quote goes unanswered, Connver picks it back up on the schedule the business sets — and records what the customer replied.
Before touching code. If the requirement needs a diagram to be understood, the problem is not understood yet.
03·The limit
Connver never messages anyone first. A follow-up returns to a conversation the customer started.
And outside business hours the turn sleeps silently: it reschedules to the next window instead of dropping the task.
Several asked for Connver to message first. We said no, and the no is written into the product. A team that only says yes is not listening: it is pleasing.
04·The code
Migration, route and test in the same change. Here the technical department is not a person who fixes things: it is the function that validates what can be sustained. The RLS policy ships in the same change as the column.
05·Shipped
Published where anyone can read it, with its date. A change nobody announces cannot be verified.
Hi Regina, did you get a chance to look at the Orbe 45 quote?
Act 05 · The people
Walls a century and a half old, mesquite beams, barrels and a long table marked by use. On top of it, laptops and hand-drawn system diagrams. The contradiction is deliberate: the old is memory and structure, the code is adaptation. Connver does not erase a business's history; it orders it so the business can move on.

How we work
01
Conversation first
Technology starts where a real need already exists, not before.
02
Automate to care
We remove repetitive work to give attention back to what matters.
03
Context before volume
We would rather understand one person well than contact many.
04
Clarity, no fine print
We say what Connver does, what it does not do and what it costs.
05
Build by listening
The system improves close to the people who use it every day.

Seven places set and one left open. The dashed one is not a design gap: it is where whoever is reading this sits down, and it is the only place at the table we do not decide.
