What exactly is Connver?
Connver is business software for companies that serve customers and sell over WhatsApp. It brings your conversation inbox, each customer's record, your catalogue, your orders and your team's tasks into one place. It's used by businesses that already sell by message and want to stop running it out of somebody's phone.
How do conversations with my customers start?
The customer always starts it: someone messages your business on WhatsApp — from your site, your ad or your card — and the conversation starts there. Connver never messages anyone first, and never contacts people who did not reach out to you.
Can I send campaigns or bulk messages with Connver?
No. Connver is not a bulk-messaging or list-campaign tool, and we neither sell nor import contact databases. If what you need is to send the same message to thousands of people, Connver is not the tool for you.
Does Connver answer for me?
It answers what you define, as far as you define. With AI assistance, Connver drafts replies based on your catalogue and your policies, summarises long conversations and transcribes voice notes. Anything outside your rules — a special price, a complaint, a big project — becomes a task for someone on your team, with the full context attached. You decide what goes out on its own and what goes through you.
What do I need to get started?
Your business WhatsApp. You connect the number, load your catalogue and decide what can be answered without you. If you have your chat history exported, Connver uses it to draft your catalogue and learn how your business talks. You don't need to change numbers or hire a developer.
How much does it cost, and in what currency?
Plans are priced in Mexican pesos (MXN) and you can see them in full on the pricing page; if you buy from outside Mexico, Paddle charges the equivalent in your local currency. You start with 14 days free: we ask for your card at sign-up and you are not charged until day 15. Purchases are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, and Paddle sends you the receipt for every charge.
How do I cancel?
From your account settings, or by writing to hi@connver.com. There is no lock-in and no penalty: you keep access until the period you already paid for ends, and you are not charged again. Plus, your subscription starts with a 14-day free trial: if it doesn't convince you, cancel before the first charge and you pay nothing.
