Billing questions

The 14-day trial

We ask for your card to get started, but we do not charge it during the trial: the first charge lands on day 15, and if you cancel before that you pay nothing. Need more time? Write to hi@connver.com and we will extend your trial by 7 days.

How you cancel

Cancel any time from your account or by writing to hi@connver.com: you keep access until your paid period ends and you are never charged again.

14-day free trial

Your subscription starts with a 14-day free trial with full access. We email you 5 days and 1 day before the first charge: if it doesn't convince you, cancel and you pay nothing.

Refund Policy

Who charges you

Connver is a product of Voltaflow LLC. Paddle processes your purchase as Merchant of Record: they are the name on your statement and the one who sends your receipt.

What about the receipt?

Paddle emails the receipt for every charge; you can also download it from their customer portal.

Enki Credits, no fine print

Every plan includes a monthly quota of Enki Credits (what Connver uses when it drafts, summarises or transcribes for you). If you go over, buy an extra pack and carry on — you are never charged more.
