Start with ProRegister a payment method to start your 3 free days. The first charge is made when the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing. After the first confirmed payment, you have 168 exact hours to request its refund in Billing, without giving a reason. PoC deliveries are paid directly and have no trial or additional commercial guarantee.
You can cancel in Billing. During the trial you avoid the first charge; outside the guarantee you keep the paid period and it does not renew. If the first payment qualifies for a refund within the guarantee, it is processed with Paddle and access ends.
For ordinary sign-ups, you can request a refund of the first confirmed payment within the following 168 exact hours (7 days), without giving a reason. Request it in Billing; if no payment has been taken, canceling before the trial ends prevents the first charge. Renewals, top-ups and PoC deliveries are excluded. Legal rights and Paddle channels remain available; approval and bank processing times depend on Paddle and your bank.
Refund PolicyConnver is a product of Voltaflow LLC. Paddle processes your purchase as Merchant of Record: they are the name on your statement and the one who sends your receipt.
Paddle emails the receipt for every charge; you can also download it from their customer portal.
Pro includes a monthly Enki Credits allowance. New AI usage stops when it runs out; messages keep arriving in your Inbox. Chargeable usage already incurred may leave a negative balance: the next renewal or top-up pays that debt first. Top-ups are never purchased automatically without your authorization.
