Some work isn't replying: uploading the label for order 42, approving a price, reviewing a quote. Those are tasks.
How they appear
A task can be opened by someone on your team, or open on its own when a conversation calls for it. It carries an owner and a date, and lives inside Connver — not in a reminder on somebody's phone.
What happens when it is resolved
The conversation carries on as soon as the task is resolved. If the task was to upload a label, the tracking goes out to the customer without anyone having to remember.
Typical tasks
- Upload the shipping label for an order.
- Approve a price outside policy.
- Review a quote before it goes out.
