Cancelling and refunds
How to cancel your subscription, what happens to your access, and how the refund policy works.
Cancelling
From your account settings, or by writing to us at hi@connver.com.
There is no lock-in and no penalty: you keep access until the period you already paid for ends, and you are not charged again.
Refunds
Your subscription starts with a 14-day free trial: if you cancel before the first charge, you pay nothing. Once the first charge is made, the subscription is non-refundable; you keep access until the end of the paid period. The full policy is on the refund policy page.
Enki Credit packs are refundable only if you have not consumed any credit and you request it within 24 hours of purchase.
Because the charge is processed by Paddle as the authorised reseller, any applicable refund is issued through the same method you paid with.
Your data
If you cancel and want your data deleted, write to us. How it is treated is set out in the privacy policy.
