Two things that used to depend on somebody remembering.
Follow-ups
If a quote goes unanswered, Connver picks it back up and records what the customer replied. You decide after how many days and in what tone, and you turn it off as easily as you turn it on.
The usual rule still holds: Connver never writes to anyone first. A follow-up returns to a conversation the customer started.
Tasks
"Upload the label for order 42", "approve this price". The task appears inside Connver with an owner and a date, and the conversation carries on as soon as you resolve it.
Your rules
You decide what gets automated, what happens outside your opening hours, and what never goes out without you seeing it.
